We motivate our students through coaching and a scientifically proven method of training.
But it’s not just about building physical strength, it’s about building mental fortitude with great lessons in physical training, while providing valuable life lessons that will improve all areas of your life. The fun and exciting workouts of the TFW system are designed to help you develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude needed to take on those challenges and reach your fitness goals.
What kind of workout is TFW? What if I have an injury?
The TFW System is broken into four groups: detailed warm-ups, strength training, energy circuits, and hurricanes.
Strength training: The TFW strength training routine is designed to increase overall strength, lean muscle and burn fat
Energy Circuits: Our energy circuit classes are designed to burn calories and boost your metabolism. We use a variety of equipment in these classes such as TRX, medicine balls, kettle bells, ropes, dumbbells and much more to give you a fun and effective way to torch fat.
Hurricane: Our Signature FAT BURNING WORKOUT!!! The HURRICANE uses sprinting to increase the bodies metabolic rate, torch fat and keep the body burning calories long after you have left the gym. This exciting change from your regular routine will boost your ability to lose body fat and improve cardiovascular capacity.
All our workouts can be modified with guidance from our experienced coaches. Your body has incredible recuperative powers. Don’t let injuries or time off hold you back. And remember, even if you took time off, it is never too late to start again toward fitness.
